Returns Process
- Initiating a Return: If you wish to return an item, kindly contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@hubiconicglobal.com. Provide us with a clear explanation of the reason for your return. To expedite the process, we may request photographs of the product.
- Return Eligibility: Only items with intact tags, unworn, and unused will be eligible for return. We value the quality of our products and want to ensure they reach you in pristine condition.
- Return Label: After initiating the return request, we will begin the process of generating a return label for your convenience.
- Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving the returned items, we will inspect them for tags, unworn condition, and usage. Once the inspection is complete and the return is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 3 working days.
Exchanges Process
- Requesting an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@hubiconicglobal.com. Similar to the returns process, we may ask for photographs of the product to ensure its unworn and unused condition.
- Initial Inspection: We will inspect the photographs to verify the item’s condition and tag integrity.
- Return Label and Inspection: Following the initial inspection, we will generate a return label for the item. Once the item reaches us, we will conduct a thorough inspection to confirm its unworn and unused status, as well as the tag integrity.
- Exchange Fulfillment: Upon approval of the exchange, we will ship out the new item you have requested. If the new item’s price is higher than the exchanged item, you will be required to cover the price difference. If the new item is priced lower, we will refund the difference within 3 working days of shipping the new item.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
- Reporting the Issue: In the rare instance that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us at support@hubiconicglobal.com within 5 days of receiving the item. We will promptly address the issue by sending the correct item and generating a return label for the incorrect/damaged item.
